The Apolinario Mabini Shrine was built and dedicated to the national hero Apolinario Mabini. It provides an in depth view of his life, where he was born, the house where he lived in including the furniture, and some of the books he wrote. The Shrine also contains souvenir items, municipal library and reading facilities.
