1. Roast glutinous rice and ordinary rice and grind into flour separately. 2. Place in separate containers and set aside. 3. Boil sugar and coconut milk with sliced jackfruit, dayap and cheese. 4. Add the powdered glutinous flour. 5. Cook with constant stirring and add evaporated milk (as desired). 6. When done (consistency is thick), remove from fire and transfer into a pan or board dusted with powdered ordinary rice. 7. Flatten using a roller pin. 8. Cut into slices and roll into the powdered ordinary rice.
