Pangasinan introduced the irresistible Ginataang Pinipig. The taste of this delicacy is as good as how the pinipig smells when being cooked. Ginataang Pinipig's ingredients are pinipig, coconut milk, white sugar, and grated young buko.

Procedure:
1. Soak pinipig in coconut milk (about one hour or until coconut milk is completely absorbed.
2. Add sugar and ¼ cup buko. Mix well.
3. Add remaining buko as topping.
Note: Pinipig Pangasinan is prepared by roasting soft-dough-stage rice grains, then pounding and winnowing to separate hulls and debris from kernels.
