Youthful dreams take flight with Cebu Pacific and GMA Kapuso Foundation

Stepping inside an airplane is exciting for most children, but many of them consider this just a dream.  Cebu Pacific (CEB), in collaboration with the GMA Kapuso Foundation, recently launched “Dreams on Flight,” an educational experience that made 100 underprivileged children the first “passengers” aboard the airline’s newest plane. The first-grade students from Arinda Elementary School in Taytay, Rizal visited the CEB Airline Operations Center in Pasay City, courtesy of the Fermina Bus Corporation, and were treated to a day of fun and learning. Gokongwei Brothers Foundation builds schoolhouses for public schools

In support of education for Filipinos, the Gokongwei Brothers Foundation (GBF), in partnership with Aklat, Gabay, Aruga tungo sa Pag-angat at Pag-asa (AGAPP), recently turned over Silid Pangarap preschool classrooms in three public schools: Lourdes Elementary School in Tarlac, Sta. Teresita Elementary School in Pampanga and Asis Elementary School in Cavite.  The new structures are part of GBF’s commitment to construct 18 two-classroom preschool buildings called Silid Pangarap with AGAPP, a non-government organization dedicated to improving programs for underprivileged Filipino pre-school children.“We’re very grateful for the opportunity to help the preschoolers in public schools. Bosch partners with MyShelter Foundation to bring light to 10,000 homes in the Metro

In the spirit of true heroism, Bosch Philippines joined hands with MyShelter Foundation for the biggest green-lighting initiative aptly called A Liter of Light (Isang Litrong Liwanag). More than a hundred bikers and volunteers for “Bike to Light” made history recently by making a difference. Cebu Pacific and GMA Kapuso Foundation reach out to public school kids

In line with its commitment to serve every Juan, Cebu Pacific has partnered with GMA Kapuso Foundation’s Unang Hakbang sa Kinabukasan (UHSK) for the third consecutive year.
