FOOD POISONING

It is a result from eating contaminated food by bacteria, viruses, tiny animals, parasites, toxic chemicals, etc. Person suffers from diarrhea, abdominal cramps, blurred or double vision.

1.  Get plenty of rest.

2.  Try not to eat solid food.

3.  Take plenty of fluids but no alcohol, coffee, tea, milk and fizzy beverages.  

4.   Consult a doctor if there is continued abdominal cramps or bloody diarrhea.
