LA UNION
Pilgrimage Center of North Luzon

San Fernando is the capital of La Union province and is occasionally confused with its counterpart in Pampanga. The city exhibits a strong Chinese influence, with the large Macho Temple and the smaller Fil-Chinese Pagoda major attractions to visitors. Freedom Park affords an excellent view of the city and the Luzon Sea.
