The concept and design is the virtual presentation of the four regions of the North Philippines. You may see the star-shaped pavilions at the center, which pays tribute to the lantern makers of San Fernando.  The complex features a 1000 seater pavilion, best used for conventions and special events, an open-air ampitheater, which is ideal for outdoor activities and a 60-seater conference hall.

If you want to relax, take a dip at the swimming pool just beside the Gardens of Hilaga or try boating in their man-made pond.

If you’re looking for some actions, try their paintball and target shooting facilities.

HILAGA never seizes for fun and excitement. At night, there are live bands and live performances that give entertainment to the visitors. Truly, it’s a great privilege to experience and see the cultural wealth that northern regions have. If you’re looking for a real fun, excitement and adventure, don’t think twice! Go to Hilaga Cultural Village, a real good place to go this summer with the whole family.

The Village is open daily from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. For more information, please contact (+63) 45-9612665/2612 or send e-mail to dot3@mozcom.com
