In
the southernmost part of the
island of Mindanao lies the
province of Sarangani. A
strewnbroken-like states that
compromise the previous third
district of South Cotabato.
Bounded by Davao del Sur
on the east, South China Sea and
the province of Sultan Kudarat
on the west,
Sarangani Bay and
Mindanao Sea on the south and up
north by South Cotabato.

country's 76th province and

created by Rep. James L.

the law last March 16, 1992 that

A
flat, rolling hills and a
mountainous scope describes
Sarangani's terrain.
Along the coastal areas

mostly flatlands.
On the northern portion
of the municipalities, rolling
hills and mountain ranges
dominate the scenery. The Alip
